Payment Options:

Bank Transfer Payment:

Provides a no mess, no fuss approach to paying for your order. This payment option involves the customer to pay the order amount directly into the Inquisitive Mind Solutions account. Once the customer has finished the ordering process, they will be provided a total order cost as well as the bank account details to which payment needs to be made. This order will then be placed into an order que awaiting transfer of money into our account. Once the money has been transferred the order will be shipped.

There are several ways by which a customer can make a Bank Transfer Payment:

Internet banking: many banking institutions now provide a ‘pay anyone’ feature within their internet banking systems. Using the BSB and Acc numbers provided by Inquisitive Mind Solutions, a customer can transfer their payment quickly and easily to ensure quick delivery.

Pay at any Westpac Branch: virtually any Westpac can be considered a Inquisitive Mind Solutions pay station. You can pay either by cash (exact amount) or by cheque / money order. Simply fill out a deposit slip exactly as indicated in the diagram below and take this to a teller to make the deposit. Once funds have been received your order will be shipped.

Aux serial no. (Customer id #) Use your order number from your invoice.

Trancode: Place a ‘60’ in the trancode box to activate your ‘Aux serial no.’

Fill out either the Cash, Cheque, or Credit Card box depending on how you intend to pay.

Cheque or Money Order:

Bank Cheques, personal cheques or money orders (easily obtained from Australia Post) is another payment option for Inquisitive Mind Solutions customers. If using this method please enclose a copy of your invoice along with the Cheque or Money Order and mail it to:
