Shipping

With nearly 10 years experience in the retail industry, we understand what our customers expect - fast and efficient delivery. Shipping is now a flat $7.50 (Conditions Apply*) for all orders placed by both Victorian and interstate customers purchasing goods below 4kg in weight. Most orders are shipped by overnight courier and take only 1-3 days to most areas. Orders exceeding 4kg (eg cases) are shipped by road transport and may take longer and may have additional costs associated with shipping. Please note that couriers only deliver during business hours, and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays and are unable to ship to PO boxes. The courier will also require a signature upon delivery.

Returns

The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product back to Inquisitive Mind Solutions. Customers must ship the item back to Inquisitive Mind Solutions using a reputable carrier that is capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The customer bears all cost of shipping charges and all risk of loss in transit to Inquisitive Mind Solutions. The customer agrees that the returned product will be 100% complete and will be complete with original packaging, manuals, etc. If any of the listed requirements are not fulfilled, Inquisitive Mind Solutions reserve the right to reject the refund or repair.

Should items returned under the pretence of being faulty be found to be in good working order a minimum service charge of $50 will be invoiced to the customer. Goods may be unable to be returned to the customer until payment of any such charges or outstanding debits be paid in full to Inquisitive Mind Solutions

*Conditions

Our "Free Shipping" and "Flat Rate Shipping" offers only applies for orders to metropolitan areas in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth up to 20kgs in weight and Australia wide for orders up to 3kgs in weight. All other orders will be charged our actual shipping costs.
